為了迎接全新的 2007 年，遊戲橘子將贊助長跑超人林義傑在 2007 至 2008 年整年的北極出征計畫外，同時更舉辦「穿越極光․冒險計劃」，將徵選招募 3 位跑者，與林義傑共同跑向世界盡頭！
　　目前正在橫越撒哈拉的長跑超人林義傑，繼 2003 年穿越中國大戈壁長征、2004 巴西亞馬遜之戰、2006 南極巡迴賽總站等備受世界矚目的賽事後，又規劃了挑戰北極圈的行程。
　　這次活動主要是針對 3 月 17 日由 NORTHERN CANADIAN ADVENTURE RACING TEAM 在加拿大北極圈內的黃刀鎮所舉辦之「ROCK AND ICE ULTRA-極凍岩石超級馬拉松」進行，而參與玩家除了能欣賞到難得的北極風光，更可挑戰自我體能極限。
　　「穿越極光․冒險計劃」活動預計 1 月 20 日〜2 月 20 日展開招募，3 月初進行體能訓練，目標是徵選 3 位年滿 18 歲並且登記為遊戲橘子會員者，陪林義傑一同到雪國極圈暖身，同時體驗人生的第一次冒險。對體能有自信的玩家不妨考慮挑戰看看!
